Whatever your needs are, Vida offers a membership option designed to fit your schedule and your budget.
Valid For All Spa Membership Options. By choosing to become a VIDA monthly member you understand and agree to the following statements:
MONTH-TO-MONTH COMMITMENT AFTER 90 DAYS
There’s a 3-month/ 90-day agreement to start your monthly membership and enjoy its discount perks, after that, memberships are month to month.
THE FIRST AND LAST MONTH OF MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE DUE AT SIGNUP
Upon choosing to sign up for the Monthly Membership you understand the first month, and the last month (aka “enrollment fee”) are due at sign up.
MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION
After being a valid monthly member for the full duration of 3 months/ 90-days, you may terminate your monthly membership 10 days prior to your due date. Please expect a confirmation e-mail of your request to consider the cancellation received.
YOUR DUE DATE
Your due date will be the same monthly date you enrolled (this may vary 1-2 days based on bank holidays).
ROLL-OVERS AND ENROLLMENT SERVICE AFTER TERMINATING MEMBERSHIP
Should you choose to terminate your monthly membership; you have 30 days to use any roll-overs as well as your enrollment service pre-paid upon sign-up at their membership discounted value.
After 30 days, the promotional discounted value expires and a difference in rate towards the regular non-member rate will apply towards the same participating membership service options.
Example: If you are a $105 member and would like to use your roll-overs and/ or enrollment service post 30-day cancellation towards the One Hour Renewal Massage option, we will apply the $105 as a flat amount towards the non-member rate of the service selected, in this case $155, making your balance $50.
ROLL-OVERS DURING AN ACTIVE MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP
MISSED A MONTH? NO BIGGIE! – You can accumulate up to 6 months of your member promotional value treatment roll-overs for as long as you have an active and current membership.
After 6 months, the amount paid will always be valid towards the non-promotional value service options under your membership category. Please keep in mind that if you terminate your membership the 30-day policy above applies.
Example: If you are a $135 monthly member and have roll-overs that are older than 6 months, you can still use the amount paid, however, it is considered a “flat amount” towards the non-promotion discounted service(s). So if you would like to apply the $135 roll-over value towards a 90 Minute Rejuvenate Massage at its regular price of $175, your balance to use that “expired” roll-over will be $40.
BRING FRIENDS & FAMILY WITH YOU!
Friends and family can take advantage of the membership pricing and treatments when they join you on the same date as your visit! Different reservation times are allowed, as just as long as they come in on the same day as you!
TREAT A LOVED ONE!
Transfer your monthly membership service to a loved one for a minimal $20 transfer fee. They can also be used to take a service as Gift Certificates and/ or release any rollovers before the 6-month period is up!
COME IN AS OFTEN AS YOU’D LIKE
Redeem your monthly service and feel free to visit us for more treatments during the same month! Schedule your reservations as often as you’d like because as a valued Vida Member, you’ll always receive the membership rate for any additional participating treatments, this includes even other membership service options!
No matter which monthly membership options you choose, you may enjoy other membership services at the membership rate!
Example: If you are a $105 member you may choose to enjoy the services available on the $199 option at the $199 price point or pay the difference in price redeeming the $105 service plus the difference in price due.
Please note, there will be no deduction in rates or refunds in pricing:
Example: If you are a $199 monthly member and would like to enjoy a service from the $105 option you are welcome to do so, however, a balance of the difference in price will not be provided. Your options are to 1. Redeem the $199 service at its entirety to pay for the $105 service, or 2. Keep the $199 option and choose to pay separately for the $105 service.
PLACE YOUR MEMBERSHIP ON HOLD
Instead of terminating your membership, and potentially losing any roll-overs or paying enrollment fee, simply place your monthly membership on hold for a maximum of 6 months at a time for a small fee of just $20 a month. The $20 charge can then be applied one per visit towards other regular priced services, upgrades, and/ or enhancements.
It is not valid towards merchandise, products, special offers and discounts.
REQUEST YOUR PROFESSIONAL OF CHOICE
Although we believe we have a wonderful team of professionals, we understand there’s nothing quite like finding your match for your services!
You will be able to continue working and requesting your professional of choice for your visits! Be sure to schedule your reservations early to get the best availability.
Keep in mind that licensing and special techniques may apply.
CREDIT CARD
A valid credit card must be kept on file for auto-pay purposes. Vida works with MindBody and the information is private and secure. You agree to update your credit card information should it expire or change. Failure to do so may result in termination of the membership and loss of any roll-overs and enrollment service.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH MONTHLY PAYMENTS
If the credit card on file fails transactions or has changed, you agree to contact us with the updated information. We will reach out to update the information as well. Should we not have the information necessary by the 30 day mark your monthly membership may be terminated and the roll-overs and enrollment fee will be lost completely.
NO-SHOW OR LATE CANCELATION
No-Show and Late-Cancellation reservations will be charged in full or taken out of roll-overs. Late-Cancellations are considered at the 6-business hour mark.

REFUNDS
No refunds are available. This is valid for all membership services, roll-overs, pause fee, transfer fee, gratuity and others. This also applies to, but is not limited to, package series, gift certificates, and special offers.
You can create a Package Series with any of our service options. The more you purchase, the more you save!
Save $5 on each session | Total savings of $20
Save $10 on each session | Total savings of $60
Save $15 on each session | Total savings of $120
Save $20 on each session | Total savings of $200
A client may take any amount of their series and gift it to a loved one either by bringing them in for a session or by taking the desired number of sessions as Gift Certificate(s).
Friends & Family may share a package.
Package Series are made of one type of service only. Clients may have multiple Package Series in place.
Appointments are subject to availability. To ensure the Professional, date & time of choice, we recommend you schedule your sessions in advance.
6 Business Hours Cancellation Policy applies to all Package types. Failure to do so will result in service redemption.
Please note that Gift Certificates do not expired in the State of California, however, Promotional/ Discounted Offers do. Each Package Series has a Promotional Value Expiration Date. After that expiration date, the amount paid for each session is still valid and a small balance towards the same exact service at its current regular rate (aka non-promotional value) will apply in order to redeem/ reinstate the service.
No refunds are available for any Package Series. Even Exchange towards other Services only (no merchandise). Gift Certificate(s) may be taken for services as a form of exchange.
