We are open 7 days a week by reservation.
We welcome walk-ins but do recommend making a reservation ahead of time when possible.
Reservations can be created online via our website | here | as well as via the MindBody App.

6 business hour cancelation policy is required.
For example, 9am appointments must be cancelled/ rescheduled by 2:30 pm the day prior.
We appreciate a 24 hour+ cancellation/ reschedule notice when possible.
Failure to notify of reservation cancelation or reschedule prior to 6 business hours will result in a prepaid session redemption (applicable to gift certificates) or a charge of the service scheduled billed to the credit card on file.
No-show reservations will result in a prepaid session redemption (appliable to gift certificates) or a charged of the service scheduled billed to the credit card on file. *
A valid credit card information is required to secure all reservations. No deposit is required. Credit card information is simply applied to hold reservation(s) and to implement our Cancellation, Reschedule & No-Show Policies.
When redeeming a gift certificate you will still be asked to provide a valid credit card information to secure reservation(s). *emergencies excluded.
Gift Certificate information must be provided upon making your reservation and presented upon arrival to ensure correct treatment protocol.
We believe every body is different. Here at Vida Organic Wellness Boutique Spas we individualize our treatments based on everyone’s unique requests and goals.
We highly encourage you to clearly communicate with the Licensed Professional(s) you are scheduled with about any specific concerns, reason(s) of visit, and expectations during your visit so we can ensure everything is to your liking.
Our professionals may ask you questions, however, please do not hesitate to communicate with them at any point during your visit.
There is nothing quite like finding your perfect match when it comes to wellness & self-care treatments! As much as we value and believe we have a wonderful team of licensed experienced professionals, we understand that sometimes it is all about finding the best match for you. For those reasons, should you not enjoy a specific professional’s technique, please communicate with us preferably within the first 15-20 minutes of your session so we can ensure it will be at no cost to you and accommodate you with another licensed professional.
