We have been at our Seal Beach location for about 13 years now. Although this past Pandemic year was difficult for us all, we are now happy to have a team of vaccinated professionals and to be able to offer you full availability.

Appointments can be easily and conveniently through MindBody App. This system allows you to schedule, manage, and keep your profile history with us. You may prepay for yours or someone else’s service(s) in advance, purchase packages or specials, and even sign up for our Monthly Membership!

Gift Certificates can be conveniently purchased via the MindBody App.
Visit our HOME webpage, click on “gift certificates”, select the dollar amount you wish to purchase, and securely finish purchase. An electronic Gift Certificate will be sent to you within minutes, making it easier to gift to your loved one,

VIDA Organic Wellness is located in the heart of Seal Beach, on Main Street, just a few blocks from the beach, making parking difficult at times. We recommend you give yourself plenty of time to find parking. There are some parking spots on Main Street with a 2 hour limit, and along the metered spots. Please be sure to read the signs wherever you park to be sure you won’t be ticketed.
We have reserved your appointment time specifically for you, please be mindful of that arriving. When arriving late, we are happy to provide your service until half of the time scheduled, and you will receive whatever time remains of your session. If arriving past the halfway point, your appointment is no longer guaranteed.
Cancellations and rescheduling must be done 24 hours prior to your scheduled time, failure to do so will result in your card on file being charged for 50% of the service scheduled.
We need to know upon when you make your appointment(s) if you will be redeeming any Gift Certificates. This is to ensure your service is booked correctly.
When boking online, please add your gift certificate number under the “note” or “request” area.
Failure to do so may result in fully paying for service(s) scheduled.

VIDA offers Package Series of 4, 6, 8 and 10.
The more you purchase the more you save!
To find out your Package Series Rate simply take the regular priced value of the service selected and follow the math below:
4 sessions $20 OFF total price (or $5 off each session)
6 sessions $60 OFF total price (or $10 off each session)
8 sessions $120 OFF total price (or $15 off each session)
10 sessions $200 OFF total price (or $20 off each session)
The amount you paid will ALWAYS be honored towards the exact same package purchased per session. However, the promotional package value expires. For example: when purchasing a package of 4, any expired sessions will have a balance of $5 (the difference between the regular priced treatment and the expired promotional value).

You may come in as often as you would like for your sessions. The “2 month” mark is simply an easy way to know how many months you have on each package.
Our Special Offers have two different “promotional expiration” set-up. They will either have the same set up as the Packages (two months per sessions purchased) or a 12 or 24 month promotional value mark. Always check our marketing material of the special offer you are taking advantage of to make sure you know when to use your promotional services by. After the promotional value period has expired aka passed, you may still use the money spent towards the same exact service per individual sessions and simply pay the difference towards the regulars priced rate.
