Microneedling is similar to PRP except PRP uses your own Plasma and Microneedling uses appropriate high-grade active serum infusions.
Microneedling is a Med-Spa procedure. It is minimally invasive, requiring no downtime (redness and micro-skin punctures only and may last up to 72 hours) and considered safe for most people who are in overall good health.
You may experience minor redness and irritation for a few days after the procedure. Please make sure you wear sun protection whenever you are outside no matter if it is sunny or not.
Please note: Keeping the open micro-punctures clean is extremely important to avoid infections. Your Practitioner will advise and give additional safety details when needed.
